Dr. Pickle is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who has extensive experience performing clinical assessments for both inpatient and outpatient geriatric, psychiatric, neurology, and rehabilitation patients. In addition to the assessment of the patient, she spends extensive time discussing the test results with the patient and the family. Dr. Pickle and her staff then make every attempt to provide ongoing support to caregivers and patients. She also consults for EAP programs about employee issues and return to work issues.

Dr. Pickle also acts as a forensic expert, performing independent neuropsychological examinations for attorneys and the court as well as consulting services and expert testimony. Typical forensic referrals include capacity evaluations, disability evaluations, fitness for duty assessments and personal injury cases. She is also a consultant for the National Center for Safety Initiatives.

Catherine has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX. She has been the psychometrist, neuropsychology assistant, and general right-hand woman for Dr. Pickle since 2008. She is a trained brain injury and dementia specialist. Mrs. Wheatley maintains the standardization and accuracy of our testing data. She has a trained eye for behavioral details that enhance the understanding of a patients neuropsychological test results. In addition to her psychometrist duties, she is our Practice Manager who keeps us organized and the office running smoothly. She is that helpful voice you hear on the phone when you call into the practice. Know you are in good hands when you call.

Dr. Danelle Fields is a licensed psychologist who earned a doctorate from The University of Akron in Counseling Psychology.  She is working under the supervision of Dr. Pickle to re-specialize in neuropsychology.  Previously she obtained a B.S. in Psychobiology from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA and a M.S. in Organizational and Human Relations Management from Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN.  Her pre-doctoral internship was at Lancaster General Hospital in the Department of Behavioral Medicine & Neuropsychology in Lancaster, PA.  She has training in neuropsychological assessment, behavioral approaches to managing chronic pain, rehabilitation psychology, and adjustment to disability. 

Dr. Fields has specific interests in invisible disabilities, autism spectrum in adults, dementia and memory impairment, and psychological factors in geriatric health.  From a clinical psychology perspective, her interests include helping people manage anxiety disorders, overcoming stress reactions and trauma histories, teaching patients ways of coping, and utilizing cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies to manage mood concerns.

Dr. Keary is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Neuropsychology in the practice. She received her Bachelor’s degree (with Honors) in Psychology at John Carroll University. She earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University. Dr. Keary completed her internship at the Louis Stokes Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Meng is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Neuropsychology. She received her Bachelor’s degree, with Honors, in Psychology at Kent State University. She earned her Master’s degree at Cleveland State University and her Doctoral degree at Wright State University.  She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Lancaster General Hospital in the Department of Neuropsychological and Behavioral Medicine in Lancaster, PA. She has extensive training in neuropsychological assessment in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She works with a wide variety of patients including geriatric, neurologic, and psychiatric. She also has training in Mindfulness, rehabilitation psychology, and behavioral approaches to weight loss, managing chronic pain, and managing ADHD. She has specific interests in dementia, stroke, hydrocephalus, ADHD, learning disorders, sleep disorders, and eating disorders. Dr. Meng is currently working toward licensure in Ohio and is being supervised by Jody Pickle, PhD.
